PATERNITY FRAUD USED AS A WEAPON
Paternity fraud happens when a woman intentionally names a man to be the father of her child—even when she knows for a fact, he is not the biological father.
Have you ever seen or heard this aired or discussed on your local news about men who suffer tremendously due to paternity fraud? A better question is why women don’t hold other women accountable for this nonsense. Why is it not even discussed by women? Well, I’m going to address it from a Drell Uncut’s perspective.
This whole paternity fraud BS is an epidemic of desperate, vicious women who fraudulently trap men in order to collect child support. It is the utmost betrayal a woman can commit against a man. A large number of women lie about fraternity rather than admit that they were sleeping around with different men. She lies and cheats him emotionally AND financially. Trapping a man with a child that’s not his is cruel. It’s a form of abuse and is one of the evilest crimes that’s committed exclusively by women. Paternity fraud is committed by so many women, and they get away with it because the government is their accomplice. In order for a woman to get child support and welfare benefits, all she has to do is to name any man she wishes. Therefore, she can just pick a name out of a hat, write down any man’s name on the documents, even though she knows he or all other men are not the biological fathers. A woman can refuse a paternity test if a man requests one.
A lot of men can’t dispute these allegations against the woman who fraudulently accused him of being the father. The state automatically sees a man as the legal father of the child if he’s married to the mother. If he is not married to the mother, it’s her right to deny him a paternity test because she is the primary custodial parent. With such high rates of paternity fraud, DNA testing should be made mandatory as soon as a child is born so that men can have the same reassurance of parental certainty that women have. But if women were forced to face the question of parental certainty, they would complain about the abuse of their rights as women.
The courts and government won’t attempt to take the first step to make women pay for their behavior, because they’re not concerned if the wrong man has been fraudulently accused. They just want men to pay for raising that child. And the state does not care who the real father is as well. They just want some man, or any man to step up to the plate and pay. Many states are still forcing men to pay child support even after the DNA test has shown he’s not the biological father. Can you believe that? Does that make any sense? What an outrage! I found an upsetting, sad article referring to this. It was in Texas. This woman falsely said that this guy was the only man who could possibly be the father of her baby. Afterward, a DNA test proved that she had lied. Nevertheless, a court ordered the non-father to pay—and listen to this—$65,000 in child support or face criminal penalties!
And the woman who lied in order to commit paternity fraud is not being prosecuted for her fraud. I am speechless!
It’s insanity and this article is accurate when it said it’s horrible that this woman lied but it’s a trillion times worse that the court sided with this liar and against the non-father.
And yet some people wonder why MGTOW movements exist… Personally, I think the only way to change these laws is through the Supreme Court. You never hear any public officials speaking about this. These women should be held accountable, and THEY should be the ones to face criminal charges for committing paternity fraud. On top of that, these scamming women should be ordered to pay back every dime she stole from the man she fraudulently accused.
If a man did this, his wages would be garnished, license suspended, have felony charges and thrown in jail with no questions asked. Right? Right!
By women committing all these injustices against men, it is helping men make the decision to just walk away. Paternity fraud has many victims. The man who is fraudulently accused, the biological father and most of all, the innocent child of children.
I’m wondering when there will be a paternity bill to protect men from women who commit paternity fraud. Society would rather single out men for their wrongdoings but refuse to concentrate on these heinous crimes committed by women who need to be reprimanded for this act of brutal injustice against men.
